The hotel is conveniently located close to the lake area, with a short 20-30 minute drive in moderate traffic. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay for families with children. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. the breakfast offers a variety of choices, including freshly made steamed buns and delicious cookies, which are a favorite among guests.
Some guests have reported issues with the 80s decoration, which may not be to everyone's taste.

The hotel is quite modern and offers complimentary cookies which were delicious. the staff were friendly and accommodating during check-in. the location was also convenient as it was close to several attractions and public transportation.
The cleanliness was subpar. the room was dusty and had hair on the towels.

During my xmas holiday, I stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience. The breakfast buffet was good with various options to choose from. the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a good location with easy access to nearby attractions.
The hotel's staff was unhelpful and showed no enthusiasm towards the guests. the area where the hotel is located could be challenging to navigate, and there were not many nearby restaurants or shopping centers.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and steam room left us feeling pampered and relaxed. the restaurant offered a delicious in-room breakfast with a variety of special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area served premium cocktails. the private facilities in our room were exclusive and added to our luxurious experience.
Although it was a 20-30 minute drive to the lake area, the hotel offered a shuttle service that made transportation convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was convenient and hassle-free, providing ample space for our vehicle. The transportation options were excellent, with easy access to public transportation and taxis readily available. The location to the lake area was superb, even in moderate traffic, great to easily explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
